DAILY “SCHEDULE”
Between
6-7 am: Wake up, get dressed, make beds and eat breakfast
Between
7-9: Chores and free time when chores are done
CHORES:
-“Basics”:
Clean room, say prayers, write in journal, brush teeth,
comb
hair, ask mom what they can do to help”
-“Zones”:
areas of stewardship or responsibility in the house. When they
have “passed off” competence in all areas of stewardship, they
are allowed to pick one that they have on-going responsibility
over. When younger siblings are learning, those with stewardship
will mentor them in their personal area of stewardship. All other
areas are rotated through to practice until mastered.

Latin, Grammar or other "crust" classes by Mom

-Mom
provides some type of activity or lesson for anyone who would like
to attend
-One
on one mentoring in math, music or other areas according to need
-Field
trips

LUNCH
1-3
Quiet Time: Each child is expected to find an area to be in to study,
read, play or rest quietly

Afternoon:

time for class or exercise for the family

up studies and jobs

5-6 pm: DINNER

Family scripture reading, prayer and Daddy Family Reading, where Dad
reads a separate “family classic” of his choice
Expectations:
--Daily
accounting to Dad at the dinner table of daily activities
--No
electronics unless used for study purposes or limited time of
emailing communication with friends (30 minutes after 3 pm)
--Exercise
3-5 times a week
